How we do it
Digital Marketing Process
1. Strategy Layout
Successful marketing does not only depend on great ad campaigns. In the inital stages of our onboarding process, we conduct in-depth product and customer analysis in order to understand the buyer's mindset. We theb evaluate the entire end-to-end customer journey to ensure our strategy is solid. We'll collaborate with the client to create a detailed strategy after all the necessary research has been carried out.
Once a complete strategy is developed, we will create and collect all necessary content assets and create the first batch of digital ads. Once approved by the client, we move to implement the ads while paying close attention to all available data. The early stages of the new strategy are critical to future growth that's why we carry out rigorous tests.
Once we have carried out all of the rigorous tests and have collect sufficient data, we will carry out analysis. The analysis will aid us with insights as well as understand how the audience respond to the ads. We can then optimize existing ads to perform better and reallocate the budget accordingly. At this stage of the process is where we also begin to adjust the ad spend until we are able to achieve maximum ROI.
How we do it
Website Development Process
In this initial stage, we begin by identifying the end goal of the website design, usually in close collaboration with the client and other stakeholders. We will begin by understanding what is the eventual outcome of the project by asking the client some questions such as; Who is the site for? What should the client's client expect to find or do on the website? Is the website’s primary aim to inform, to sell (e-commerce), or to amuse? This is the most important part of any web development process. If these questions aren’t all clearly answered in the brief, the whole project can set off in the wrong direction. Simply put, we explore the "why" of the project.
Scope identification & Planning
In stage two of the process, we outline the scope of work. These are derived from the goals identified in stage one. After we have gathered sufficient information about your business, it’s time for the creation of sitemaps and wireframe. A sitemap is made with the information collected in the first stage. The primary motive of a site map is to create the structure of the site as well as a visual description of the site. In addition, it also aids in deciding what functions and features will be implemented.
Content Creation & Visual Elements
When beginning to fill the site with valuable content, we start with the main page (also referred to as the home page) and the main internal pages. Although the content will be finalized at a later point, having these pages already populated allows us to develop prototypes of the design based on the layout of the content. It should be noted that when we say content we do not only mean text. Content also includes visuals such as photos, videos, tables, and charts. Even audio clips count as content. Essentially, anything your website visitors should see. Content also boosts a site’s visibility for search engines. The practice of creation and improving content to rank well in search is known as search engine optimization, or SEO. Getting your keywords and key-phrases right is essential for the success of your website.
Building & Testing
With your identity determined and content gathered, we will then move to the next stage of building and testing the site. In this stage, the client will have the chance to have high-fidelity prototypes of how the site will look once it is deployed. Once the prototype review has been completed, we will then move to the development of the site. In addition to the build, we will also conduct a series of tests to ensure the site is fully functioning and that we have met all the objectives of the scope. The goal is to make sure that by the time real users visit the site, there will be no errors that could spoil their impression of the site or business. We especially want to avoid the kind of errors that would cause visitors to leave the site altogether.
Now it’s time for everyone’s favorite part of the website development process: When everything has been thoroughly tested, and you’re happy with the site, it’s time to launch.
Post-deployment & Maintenance
There is still more to be done after deploying a website. Website maintenance, general updates, or even adding new features are unavoidable and might be called for. This can be facilitated by collecting feedback from the end-users of the website. The essence of maintenance as the final stage is to continually support and enhance your project. At the same time, it will put your mind at ease that you are not left alone even after the project has been handed over.
